DeBrady’s (meaning by the Bradys) has been the Brady family business since 1982. As chief designer, master artisan Dennis Brady has over 30 years experience as a builder, designer, and artist. With his sons, and several exceptionally talented glass crafters, he has formed a team to consistently produce the finest quality glass art.
Expanding on the traditional use of lead cane and copper foil, Dennis adds copper, brass, ceramics, and gems to his innovative designs. While the DeBrady team is constantly experimenting with the limits of what can be done with stained-glass, they maintain a firm commitment to the highest standards of quality workmanship and to do everything they can to keep their work affordable. Whether it is the tiny miniatures for jewelry, little hanging suncatchers, large panels for windows, or elaborate and detailed fully dimensional models, each piece from the DeBradys is an original design.
Dennis originated the use of stained-glass with copper wire and rod to produce a variety of 3-dimensional model ships. Whether it is an example of a small personal sail-craft, a commercial fishing boat, or one of the fine old tea-clippers, each pattern has been extensively researched to ensure the finished model is accurately detailed and made to a precise scale.
Examples of DeBrady work are widely displayed in private, corporate, and institutional collections in more than 20 different countries, and we are proud to offer them for sale at Annie Kaill’s.
